Link Discord for bonus hours

Connecting your Discord account takes one click and is worth doing straight away: free boost hours, a role in the community, and support that can actually see your account.

Linking it

  1. Open Discord in the panelFrom the sidebar, or the Discord icon in the top bar.
  2. Press "Link my Discord"Discord asks you to approve the connection, the way it does for any app.
  3. That is itYou come straight back to the panel, linked. We receive your Discord ID and tag — nothing else, and we cannot read your messages.

The bonus hours

The first time a linked account is synced, free boost hours are credited to it automatically. You do not claim them and there is no code to enter — they simply appear on your account.

Once per account

The bonus is one-time. Unlinking and relinking, or linking a second Discord account, will not grant it again — the platform records that it has already been given. This is deliberate, so the offer stays available to genuinely new users.

Your role in the server

Linking also assigns your role on the EasySteamFarm Discord automatically, and keeps it current. Linked users get the member role; customers with an active package get the client role, which unlocks the channels reserved for them. If your package lapses, the role follows — and comes back when you renew, without anyone having to do it by hand.

Role changes take about a minute to appear.

Support that can see your account

This is the part people underrate. Open a ticket on Discord while linked and whoever answers can see which bots you have and what state they are in — no screenshots, no reciting your e-mail address. Questions that would take a dozen messages get answered in one.

Tickets are categorised: billing, bot problem, or general. Pick the right one and it reaches the right person faster.

Notifications

On Growth and Scale packages you can have bot alerts delivered to a Discord webhook of your own — a private channel, or a DM — so you learn that a bot went offline without opening the panel. Set the webhook URL under Settings → Notifications. This is separate from linking, and works alongside it.

Unlinking

Under Settings, at any time. Your role is removed, notifications stop, and bonus hours already credited stay yours. Remember that relinking will not grant the bonus a second time.
