Getting notified
You should not have to watch the Dashboard. Choose which events reach you, and where — in the panel, by e-mail, or in Discord.
What can notify you
- A bot went offline — and could not get back on its own.
- A bot needs a Steam Guard code — it is signed out and waiting for you.
- Farming finished — that account has no cards left to collect.
- Your package is expiring — a reminder several days ahead, then again on the day.
- Payment confirmed — with the invoice attached.
The three channels
In the panel
The bell in the top bar, always on for every account. It keeps recent events and marks them as read when you look. Nothing to configure.
By e-mail
Sent to your account address. Account and billing messages — verification, password reset, invoices, expiry — always go out, because you need them. Bot alerts are optional and off unless you turn them on.
E-mails arrive in the language set on your account, so changing the language in the panel changes the mail too.
To Discord
On Growth and Scale packages you can point alerts at a Discord webhook — a private channel, or a channel your team watches. Create the webhook in Discord (Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks), copy the URL, and paste it under Settings → Notifications.
There is a test button next to the webhook field. If the test message does not arrive, the URL is wrong or the webhook was deleted in Discord — better to find that out now than during an outage.
Choosing sensibly
Turning everything on trains you to ignore all of it. A useful default is to keep two on — bot offline and Steam Guard needed, since both require you to act — and leave farming-finished off unless you actively rotate accounts.
Turning things off
Settings → Notifications, per event and per channel. Bot alerts can be silenced entirely; account and billing e-mail cannot, since it carries invoices and security messages you are entitled to receive.
